At long last, after months of waiting, PES have finally received our order of replacement Yanmar 3TNM74F engines for Kawasaki Mule utility vehicles. These engines have been on order for nearly 9 months, the normal 3 month lead time for engines from Japan has been stretched because of supply and transport issues. Then there was a fire on the container ship and all the containers had to be cross decked onto another ship which further delayed the arrival and then to top it off the strike at Felixstowe container port meant the ship couldn’t berth and was diverted to Southampton. You couldn’t make it up!!!
So now we have stocks of engines to fit the Kawasaki Mule Pro-DX and Kawasaki Mule Pro-DXT vehicles fitted with the Yanmar 3TNM74F diesel engine and are available for next day delivery. These engines however are not to be confused with the Kawasaki KAF950G engine fitted into earlier Kawasaki Mule’s and as far as I am aware they are not interchangeable.
Along with these Kawasaki Mule 3TNM74F engines we also took delivery of Yanmar 3TNV88 engines for Thwaites dumpers, Yanmar 3TNV70 for both Takeuchi excavators and John Deere Gator’s and 4TNV98T electronic engines for Takeuchi and Komatsu excavators.
