With a relationship going back over 15 years PES have just supplied another package of plant to Gracelands Ltd of Eastleigh, one of the leading civil engineering company’s on the south-coast. With over 250 items of including Volvo excavators, Thwaites dumpers, Epiroc hydraulic hammers, Winget mixers and Husqvarna plate compactors being supplied previously, this latest fleet renewal took the form of Volvo ECR58F excavators, Thwaites 9 Tonne and Thwaites 3 Tonne swivel dumpers which will be utilised on their various sites on the south-coast for prestigious clients such as Wyatt Homes, David Wilson Homes, Barratt Developments and Bellway. The Thwaites 3 Tonne are one of the last few dumpers leaving Leamington Spa with a manual gearbox as the UK’s largest dumper manufacturer moves over to hydrostatic transmissions.
The sale was completed by Laura who has worked for PES for 8 years who, incidentally, sold her first piece of equipment to Gracelands when she first joined PES all those years ago. It’s nice in today’s cut-throat environment that she is able to build such a strong relationship with a customer, built on trust rather than price, so they feel confident in continuing to purchase equipment from PES.
