We have recently supplied a brand new Volvo ECR25D working with the popular Auger Torque 3000 Max drive unit from Auger Torque, the leading manufacturer of Auger units. This machine and attachment is owned and operated by Sam Marles Plant Hire from the Exeter area.
The Auger unit is a 3000 Max drive unit, this auger has a Torque range of 959 – 2,877 Nm and only requires an operating oil flow of 27-75 l/pm. It will operate auger flights from 100mm in diameter up to 600mm making it a very handy piece of equipment. Once you own a Auger Drive unit, you can always add to it one of the many other attachments such as the Cement Mixing Bowl, Stump Planner or a Log Splitter for an easy life.
