Incorrectly supplied items.
If Plant & Engineering Services Ltd have incorrectly supplied the wrong item we will send out the correct part and collect the incorrectly supplied one at our expense.
Incorrectly ordered items.
If the customer has ordered the wrong parts the following criteria applies.
- In-stock item – The customer is responsible for sending the part back in a ‘signed for’ format and will receive a refund minus a 20% handling charge and any outward carriage. All parts must be in the original packaging and be in a re saleable condition
- Special orders – No specially ordered part can be returned without prior agreement
- Electrical components – No electrical components can be returned.
Warranty returns.
Any carriage charges for parts returned under warranty consideration will be met by the customer. If the warranty is confirmed the outward carriage charge for the replacement part will be met by Plant & Engineering Services Ltd. Certain electrical items are not covered under warranty as they could have failed due to faults in other electrical components fitted to your machine.
