As well as offering new and reconditioned engines we are able to fully rebuild or recondition your engine depending on your requirements. This is done on a strip and quote basis, simply drain all the fluids, secure to a pallet and ring the Parts Department who will arrange for the engine to be collected.
When it arrives the engine will be stripped, chemically cleaned and assessed. You will then be contacted with a range of options from a full recon to a partial engine rebuild. This can include head skimming, crank grinding and pressure testing if required as well as fuel injection equipment overhaul.
Once the engine is re-assembled it is fully tested on our wet test rig, painted and despatched back on a next day courier. This service is available for most engines including Yanmar, Perkins, Iveco, Kubota, Deutz, Isuzu and Cummins.
