Description
Cable general fits Terex 9 tonne 2002- to 2006. When fitted with a ratchet handbrake lever and round handbrake pad calliper. Cable is approximately 1980mm long with a fixed clevis to the handbrake lever and a M8 threaded bar to the handbrake calliper; the outer sleeve is approximately 1680mm long from the tip of the thread one end to the tip of thread the other end both ends are fitted with two adjuster nuts.
The handbrake cable links the handbrake lever to the parking brake to stop the vehicle from rolling away. Frayed or broken cables are dangerous and must be replaced
