The majority of axles fitted to dumpers now are Dana Spicer axles but prior to them ceasing production of construction drivelines in 2008 it was Newage with a some ITL axles fitted to 6 tonne and above dumpers.
The Newage range of 412, 415, 615 and 915 axles with handbraked and non-handbraked varieties had commonality across every Thwaites, Terex/JCB, Mecalac, Barford, Ausa and Wacker Neuson dumper and spare parts supply was easy. PES can still supply parts for these axles such as dumper axle hub seals, dumper axle pinion seals, dumper axle brake piston seals, dumper axle brake disc kits, dumper axle crown wheel and pinions. Where new parts are no longer available we have stock of good used items to keep your dumper working which include dumper axle half shafts, dumper axles diff carriers, dumper axle planetary assemblies and most other things you might possibly need. Dana Spicer are now the preferred choice of Thwaites, Terex/JCB, Mecalac, Barford, Ausa and Wacker Neuson, the main difference between Dana Spicer and Newage is there are a multitude of different specs between the OEM’s and therefore the Dana Spicer tag is required to identify the correct axle e.g. 111/143. Unlike the Newage where dumper axle brakes are only sold in a kit we can supply Dana Spicer dumper axle brake discs and plates individually as well as dumper axle hub seals, dumper axle pinion seals, dumper axle brake piston seals and every other part you require for your Dana Spice axle fitted to your Thwaites, Terex/JCB, Mecalac, Barford, Ausa and Wacker Neuson dumper.
