Description
Cable general fits Benford / Terex TT2000 – TT2500 dumper, when fitted with an over-centre handbrake lever and brake drum on rear of gearbox. Cable is approximately 1200mm long with a fixed clevis to the brake drum and a M8 threaded bar to the handbrake lever; the outer sleeve is approximately 1000mm long from the tip of the thread one end to the tip of thread the other end both ends are fitted with one adjuster nut.
The handbrake cable links the handbrake lever to the parking brake to stop the vehicle from rolling away. Frayed or broken cables are dangerous and must be replaced
